Your Internet providers might want you to authenticate
your SMTP access:
With you email software open, click 'Tools' and select 'Accounts'
Double click the account from the list you wish to change.
and select the 'servers' tab.

Select the 'My server required authentication' option
and then click 'settings' |

Select 'Log on using' and enter your ISP email account
settings. |
Click 'ok' and your done.

good test for this, is to send yourself an email. |
